Refund & Cancellation Policy

Luxe Reels Vault sells digital products with instant delivery. Please read this policy before purchasing.

1. Digital goods โ€” all sales are final

Because access to the full bundle is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned", we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the Drive link has been accessed. Please review the bundle description and FAQ before buying.

2. When you ARE entitled to a refund

We will make it right in these cases:

Paid but no access: if your payment succeeded but you did not receive the access link, contact us within 48 hours with your Payment ID. We will restore access, or refund you in full if we cannot.

Duplicate payment: if you were charged twice for the same bundle, the duplicate charge is refunded in full.

Failed payment with money deducted: Razorpay auto-refunds these, typically within 5โ€“7 business days. If it doesn't arrive, contact us and we'll escalate with Razorpay.

3. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 48 hours and reach your original payment method in 5โ€“7 business days, per your bank's processing time.

4. Cancellations

Since delivery is instant, an order cannot be cancelled after payment is completed.
