These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital content bundles sold on Luxe Reels Vault ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. What we sell

We sell digital bundles of luxury-themed short-form video content ("reels"). Delivery is instant and digital: after successful payment you receive access to a Google Drive folder containing the bundle content and a PDF index of download links. No physical goods are shipped.

2. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI, or banking credentials. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise.

3. Delivery

Access is granted immediately after payment verification via a link on the payment success page. If you paid but did not receive access, contact us within 48 hours with your Payment ID and we will restore access or refund you (see our Refund Policy).

4. License and permitted use

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive license to post the content on your own social media pages, including for monetized/commercial pages. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the bundle, the Drive link, or the PDF with anyone else. Access links are issued per buyer and misuse may result in revocation without refund.

5. Intellectual property

The website, brand, and bundle curation remain our property. Purchasing a bundle does not transfer ownership of the underlying content to you.

6. Limitation of liability

We provide the content "as is". We are not responsible for the performance of your social media pages, platform policy decisions affecting your account, or indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the bundle.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
